Laura Fitzgerald is a visual artist working in drawing, painting, installation, video, text and audio. She is a graduate of the National College of Art & Design, Dublin and Royal College of Art, London. She is a recent recipient of the Markievicz Award to work with the archive of experimental filmmaker and writer, Flora Kerrigan. Her writing has been published by Paper Visual Art Journal, Bog Bodies Press, Onomatopee, and Bloomers. Laura is currently working on a series of experimental short stories and poems. She lives and works in Inch, Co. Kerry.
